All website and app content — including logos, course materials, videos, PDFs, notes, exams, designs, and text — is owned by Zan Institute or its licensors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zan Institute and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, app, or campus information services. Our total liability for claims relating to the website or free digital services is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific digital service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
